Raid Signup System

The raid signup system allows guild leaders to post interactive signup forms in Discord channels, track member confirmations, and manage rosters.

How signups work

  1. A leader posts a signup form to a designated channel.
  2. Guild members react or interact with the form to confirm or decline attendance.
  3. The bot tracks who signed up, their weapon choices, and availability.
  4. Leaders can refresh the post at any time to show the latest roster.
  5. When the event starts, the signup can be closed to lock the roster.

Posting a signup

From the dashboard

  1. Navigate to GvG Signups in the sidebar.
  2. Select the region for the signup.
  3. Click Post Signup and choose the target channel.
  4. The bot will create an interactive signup form in that channel.

From Discord

/signup post #signups

Managing signups

Refreshing

If members sign up or change their responses after the initial post, use:

/signup refresh

This updates the embed in Discord with the latest roster data.

Closing signups

When you're ready to lock the roster:

/signup close

This prevents further changes and marks the signup as finalized.

Member information

Each signup entry can capture:

  • Primary weapon — The member's main weapon choice
  • Secondary weapon — An alternative weapon
  • Availability — Whether they can attend
  • Game count — How many games they can play (Saturday / Sunday split)

Viewing the roster

The signup embed in Discord shows a formatted list of all confirmed members with their weapon choices. Leaders can also view the full roster from the dashboard with additional filtering and sorting options.
