GvG Scheduling

WWM-Tool provides a multi-region GvG scheduling system that helps guild leaders coordinate battles across different timezones.

How it works​

Each guild can configure multiple regions (e.g., EU, NA, SEA). Each region has its own:

  • Timezone — Used to calculate correct event times for that region
  • Saturday and Sunday times — When GvG battles typically occur
  • Leader role — The Discord role that can manage signups for that region
  • Leader users — Specific user IDs with region management access

Setting up a region​

From the dashboard​

  1. Navigate to GvG Signups in the sidebar.
  2. Click Add Region and fill in the region name, timezone, and battle times.
  3. Assign a leader role or specific leader user IDs.
  4. Save the configuration.

From Discord​

/gvg schedule EU Monday 20:00
/gvg schedule NA Friday 21:00

Viewing the schedule​

Use the /gvg status command to check the current schedule:

/gvg status        — Show schedule for all regions
/gvg status EU     — Show schedule for a specific region

Autolock​

By default, GvG signup forms can optionally autolock after the event start time. This can be toggled per region from the dashboard settings. When autolock is enabled, new signups are rejected once the battle begins.

Timezone support​

WWM-Tool supports all standard timezone identifiers (e.g., Europe/Berlin, America/New_York, Asia/Singapore). The bot automatically converts displayed times for each region.

tip

If players span multiple timezones, create separate regions for each group so everyone sees their local time.
