Composition Builder

The Composition Builder lets guild leaders create, manage, and publish squad lineups for GvG events and raids directly from the web dashboard.

Overview​

Compositions are saved groupings of players organized by role (e.g., Tank, DPS, Support). Each composition has:

  • A name — For quick identification (e.g., "MainSquad", "BackupTeam")
  • Role slots — Positions that members are assigned to
  • Player assignments — Which guild members fill each slot

Creating a composition​

From the dashboard​

  1. Navigate to Compositions in the sidebar.
  2. Click Create Composition.
  3. Give it a name and start adding players to role slots.
  4. Use drag-and-drop to rearrange members between slots.
  5. Save the composition when you're done.

Select any composition from the list to view the full lineup with all role assignments.

Deleting a composition​

Deleting a composition is permanent and cannot be undone.

Best practices​

  • Name compositions clearly — Use names that indicate the event or purpose (e.g., "GvG-EU-Main", "Raid-Friday").
  • Keep compositions updated — Refresh role assignments before each event to reflect roster changes.
  • Use the dashboard for complex edits — The drag-and-drop interface is much faster than Discord commands for rearranging multiple players.
