Setup WWM-Tool

Get WWM-Tool running in your Discord server in under 5 minutes.

Step 1 — Add the bot to your server

1. Visit wwm-tool.xyz and click Add to Discord.
2. Select the server you want to add the bot to from the dropdown.
3. Confirm the requested permissions — WWM-Tool needs Send Messages, Manage Messages, Embed Links, and Add Reactions to function properly.

tip

You must have the Manage Server permission in Discord to add a bot.

Step 2 — Authorize your account

After the bot is added, log in to the dashboard:

1. Go to wwm-tool.xyz and click Login.
2. Authorize with your Discord account.
3. The dashboard will show all guilds where you have admin access.

Step 3 — Configure the dashboard

Once you're logged in:

1. Select your guild from the dashboard home page.
2. Navigate to Settings to configure general bot preferences.
3. Set up your first GvG region with the correct timezone before using GvG features.
4. Configure reminder channels and roles for automated notifications.

All configuration is guild-scoped. Changes in one server never affect another.
