Is WWM-Tool free?​

Yes. WWM-Tool is completely free to use. There are no premium tiers or paywalls. All features are available to every guild.

What permissions does the bot need?​

WWM-Tool requires the following Discord permissions to function correctly:

  • Send Messages — To post reminders, signup forms, and bot responses
  • Manage Messages — To update and refresh signup posts
  • Embed Links — To display rich embed content
  • Add Reactions — To manage reaction-based signup flows
  • Read Message History — To edit existing bot messages

Can I use WWM-Tool in multiple servers?​

Yes. You can add WWM-Tool to as many servers as you want. Each server's configuration is completely isolated — settings, compositions, and signups in one guild never affect another.

Who can access the dashboard?​

Only Discord users who have Administrator permission in a guild can configure that guild's dashboard settings. Regular members can view their own rank card but cannot change guild-wide configurations.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?​

Join the WWM-Tool Support Server on Discord. You can report bugs, suggest features, or ask for help from the community and developers.
